Key responsibilities

Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations & Logistics Coordinator to manage and streamline our logistics operations, focusing on installations at retailers, last-mile logistics, cross-border logistics, and stock management. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of our products and services to our partners and customers in Cambodia.

Installations at Retailers Coordination:

  • Oversee the logistics of installations at our retail partners' locations.
  • Coordinate shipments from IoT and Rack suppliers.
  • Manage the end-to-end logistics of IT and M&E installations.
  • Handle Rack & Modules Asset Management.
  • Work closely with Retail Account Services to coordinate LSSS installations.

Work with Outsourced Last-Mile Logistics:

  • Manage outsourced last-mile logistics.
  • Coordinate all LSSS installations with Retail Account Services.
  • Oversee the deployment and transfer of LSSS Renters' Product Stocks within Phnom Penh.

Work with Outsourced Cross-Border Logistics:

  • Manage cross-border logistics.
  • Handle importations, ensuring compliance with certifications and HS Codes.
  • Coordinate the movement of LSSS Renters' Stocks from outside to inside Cambodia, including import and repatriation processes.

Change of Design / Renter Facilitation:

  • Coordinate logistics for stock adjustments.
  • Manage logistics for design changes.
  • Handle logistics for incoming and outgoing stock.
  • Work directly with renters to facilitate necessary changes and ensure smooth transitions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Business Management).
  • 2-3 years of experience in a related role (e.g., Logistics, Operations, Vendor Management).
  • Interest and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving responsibilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Technical expertise in application testing, mobile computing, and hardware device troubleshooting (not required, but a plus).

Salary range

$500net - $700net

Monday Friday: 8:00am to 5:00pm

Saturday: 8:00am to 12:00pm
