Key responsibilities
Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and performance-driven Sales Manager / Sr Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations in the Cardiometabolic segment. The candidate will be responsible for meeting individual and team sales targets, launching new and novel products and driving business expansion across the Cambodia. This role requires strong field sales experience, strategic planning abilities, and team leadership skills.
The candidate must have a strong relationship with the Endocrinologists/ Diabetologists & Cardiologists. A good prescription driven sales acumen is pivotal for the job role.
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives.
- Set, track, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (individual and team).
- Develop and implement sales strategies for a start up pharmaceutical company with innovative and Biotech molecules.
- Drive new market penetration and manage key account relationships.
- Plan and execute product launches and promotional campaigns across regions.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust strategies proactively.
- Provide regular training, performance feedback, and motivation to the sales team.
- Work closely with Macter International Head office to disseminate the Macter Strategies
Requirements
- Cambodian National Only.
- Bachelors degree in Medical Science, Business or Marketing
- Minimum 8 - 10 years of sales experience in pharma or the specialty products or Cardiometabolic products.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in launching new products and managing field sales teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel for market visits and partner engagement.
Salary range
$2000 - $2500gross
