Key responsibilities

• Responsible for formulating procurement strategies such as tobacco raw materials to ensure the efficiency and accuracy of the procurement process
• Manage and optimize supplier resources to ensure stability and continuity of the supply chain
• Evaluate, select, assess and motivate suppliers to establish a long-term and stable strategic partnership
• Make procurement plan and budgets, control procurement cost and ensure the realization of the company profits goal
• Coordinate cross-departmental cooperation, promote production, research and development, quality and other departments to participate in procurement decisions
• Participate in the supplier negotiation to ensure that the quality, price and delivery time of purchased items meet the company requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above, with overseas working background is preferred
• More than 5years of experience in tobacco and beverage materials, 2years of experience in procurement management
• Familiar with procurement process, procurement contract formulation and implementation, familiar with supply chain management, logistic management and other related knowledge
• Strong international market insight skills, negotiation skills and communication and coordination skills
• Have a high sense of responsibility and team spirit, able to bear great work pressure.
• Familiar with international trade rules and relevant laws and regulations, and English can serve as a working language
• Rich supplier resources, able to quickly respond to market changes and flexibility adjust procurement strategies

USD3000-3500
