Key responsibilities

Custom Declaration

  • Conduct import and export custom declaration

Document Management

  • Sort, pack, and file custom declaration documents, inertial and external documents as per the document management system
  • Review documents to ensure timeless, completeness, and accuracy
  • Register and handover materials as required by customers
  • Collect and register certificates, legal documents and other customs-issued documents

Time Management

  • Collect Relevant professional training information
  • Formulate departmental training plans and submit them for approval
  • Organize and implement training plans, evaluate results, and file training materials

Internal Audit Cooperation

  • Provide information and explanations during internal audits

Safety and Participation

  • Participate in company and departmental training, team-building activities, safety education, crisis, and emergency drills
  • Assist in department safety activities and improve crisis and emergency control capabilities

General Assistance

  • Assist other department and undertake temporary work as assigned by superiors

Requirements

  • Process customs broker license
  • Familiarity with foreign trade processes and the entire customs/shipping workflow.
  • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in office software such as WORD, EXCEL, etc.
  • Attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to handle work pressure.
  • At least 3 years of experience in international freight forwarding, customs declaration, and logistics.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Chinese is an advantage

Salary range

$1000gross - 1500gross (negotiable)
