Key Responsibilities

 

·         Recommend Retail concept, Trade Mix development and Develop leasing strategy for long term success

·         Sourcing potential tenants, presentation, convincing and negotiating commercial terms base on company’s pricing strategy.

·         Provide leadership to leasing team in sourcing & negotiation to maximum results.

·         Exercise positive team approach to problem solving

·         Identify new business opportunity to maximize company income and develop

·         Research, analyze and make recommendations concerning prospective tenants

·         Manage daily leasing activities to achieve maximum result

·         Builds and maintain working relationships with business partners

·         Identify, qualify, originate and negotiate terms and conditions of new and renewal lease agreement.

·         Work alongside with Legal, Finance, Operations and Marketing

·         Provide support and facilitate Fit-out work by coordinating and negotiating of initial tenants and construction requirements

·         Monitor tenants’ turnover performance to ensure overall turnover objective of the Mall is met

·         Budgeting and forecasting rental income to maximize revenue and evaluate retailers’ performance

·         Keep going on research on market trends within the industry

·         Exercise foresight in evaluating leasing situations and predetermining alternate course of action

·         Prepare report and present to senior management and group

Experience / Knowledge Required

·         Degree in Management, Economic, Sales & Marketing or equivalent.

·         At least 5 years experiences in retail leasing management, demonstrate a successful leadership role.

·         Knowledge of retail market, accounting, contract law, knowledge of technical knowledge of fit-out.

·         Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills

·         Strong report writing and presentation skills

·         Demonstrated supervisory and mentoring skills

·         Excellence English, if Chinese is an advantage

·         Advance Ms. Word/Excel and PPT

·         A strong and mature leader and team player

·         Be self-motivated and performance focused, work independently and under pressure

·         High commitment and reliability.

·         Flexible and energetic and challenging
