Key responsibilities
1. Driving Digital Revenue
- Partner with sales and account managers to identify and pursue opportunities for Companys digital products.
- Influence revenue growth by crafting tailored digital solutions that address customer pain points.
2. Delivering Winning Propositions
- Lead onboarding and adoption strategies for new and existing customers.
- Ensure customers transition from traditional services (e.g., hardcopy storage) to upstream digital solutions.
3. Delivering Winning Propositions
- Conduct discovery sessions to uncover both explicit and latent customer challenges.
- Translate findings into compelling digital propositions that combine document management expertise with business process transformation.
- Present solutions confidently to senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business outcomes.

4. Shaping Future Customer Impact
- Help customers visualize the long-term benefits of Companys digital offerings.
- Position Company as a strategic partner in their digital transformation journey
- Drive increased revenue per account through expanded solution engagement.
5. Internal Collaboration & Enablement
- Work closely with tech teams in India and regional partners to ensure solution feasibility and delivery
- Upskill country-based sales teams on digital offerings and consultative selling techniques.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and generate weekly reports on pipeline, conversions, and digital wins.
Requirements
- Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in document management, ECM, BPM, or digital transformation domains.
- Proven success in solution selling and client-facing roles.
- Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- Strong understanding of digitisation, workflow automation, and BPO.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Charismatic and confident in engaging with senior client stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Southeast Asian market dynamics is a plus.
Salary range
USD 800gross USD1000gross
