Position Purpose

We are seeking a wildly passionate and energetic digital native to help lead our social, digital and content efforts in Cambodia with our clients. The ideal candidate lives and breathes culture and short form social content.

 

This role is responsible for helping to navigate the social media landscape in Cambodia for our clients from strategy, audience development, community engagement, content distribution, community management, and influencer marketing. The ideal candidate loves to take clients through the ever-evolving social media and content landscape, guides clients on social plans, and brings those plans to life through creative development and production.

Key Responsibilities

·         Create social media and/or content plans that drive client KPI’s, and support community development

·         Create client brand standards and tone, ensuring consistency across channels

·         Identify and recruit amazing talent and/or creators and manage communities

·         Oversee and execute the creation of video and static content

·         Create  editorial calendars, lead copywriting, editing, managing approvals, publishing, optimizing, etc.

·         Help enforce and establish frameworks, social listening tools, where relevant, to create benchmarks and structure in measurement

·         Oversee reporting on the performance of all social activities from posts to campaigns

·         Collaborate with business development teams to deliver winning ideas to pitches

·         Maintain relationships with leading and emerging platforms

·         Be in the know of shifts and movements in the social media and creator landscape in Cambodia, and ensure clients stay ahead of it

·         Work on regional social & content strategy for the agency, where applicable and required

Experience / Knowledge Required

·         2 to 3 years minimum experience in social and/or short form content specific role, agency experience required

·         Highly knowledgeable in the social media and creator landscape in Cambodia

·         Lives and breathes social or short form content

·         Proven ability to write and execute against a strategic social plan, grounded in consumer insights, integrated with a larger brand strategy, and built to achieve specific business goals

·         Ability to work within an incredibly fast-moving boutique agency environment across markets

·         Strong network of creators, production outfits (especially in content creation for social)

·         Understanding of social media data and analytics to drive decision-making

·         Fluent in Khmer, oral and written
