Key responsibilities

Customer Communication and Relationship Maintenance:

  • Proactively and promptly update customers on the status of goods in transit (e.g., key milestones such as vessel schedules, customs clearance, and port arrival).
  • Answer customer calls and reply to emails in a warm and professional manner, addressing routine inquiries.
  • -Document Collection and Preliminary Review:
  • In accordance with operational requirements, promptly and accurately request from customers the full set of documents required for customs declaration, inspection, and other procedures.
  • Conduct a preliminary review of the documents provided by customers to ensure they are complete, clear, and meet requirements before forwarding them to the operations department.

Internal Coordination and Information Relay:

  • Act as a bridge between customers and the operations department, clearly conveying customer requirements to operations and providing feedback from operations to customers.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to address billing inquiries related to customer services.

Supplier Follow-Up:

  • In line with procedures, liaise with third-party suppliers such as trucking companies and customs brokers to confirm the progress of container pickup, delivery, customs clearance, and other steps.

Preliminary Issue Handling:

  • Handle general customer complaints and document them. Escalate issues that cannot be resolved independently to the customer service manager immediately.

Requirements

  • KH can speak Chinese
  • Chinese can speak Khmer or English
  • Can work under pressure

Salary range

$800 for non-chinese speaking

Up to $2000 for Chinese speaking
