Job Purpose

Key Account Director will be the lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the client’s needs, work within the company to ensure requirements for the client are met and help the client succeed. The KAD will also bring in new business from existing clients or contacts and will develop new relationships with potential key clients. 






Key Responsibilities

·         Acting as lead point of contact for new and existing key clients.

·         To establish and nurture strategic relationships with key decision-makers from various departments/functions/portfolios in key client organizations.

·         Understand all company  offerings, able to identify and discover new business opportunities (cross-self/upsell) within key client organizations for mutual benefit and strengthening long-term strategic partnership.

·         Develop a thorough understanding of key clients’ needs, aspirations and challenges.

·         Grow horizontally across existing key accounts and/or develop the business $0.5 million - $1 million dollar client in the company.

·         To work closely with respective business leads in both regional and local teams during revenue growth for key accounts.



Experience / Knowledge Required

·         Minimum 10+ years of experience in reputable companies (MNC/GLC) within key industries with proven track record and knowledge in any of the following areas:

o    Business Development

o    Consultancy

o    Marketing Technology

o    Marketing Services

o    Business Insights

·         Proven ability to manage client relationship with ability to cross-sell and up-sell services/offerings.

·         Comfortable to work in a matric structure.

·         Excellent communication skills with strong negotiation and customer service expertise.

·         Strong leadership, interpersonal, client relationship, project management and team development skills.

·         Possesses analytical mindset and strategic thinking.
