KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Order processing and order confirmations
  2. Preparation of documentation for customers, e.g. Proforma Invoices and Sales Order Reports
  3. Order tracking and order book control
  4. Daily Distribution Plan information preparation
  5. Preparation and control of stock replenishment models
  6. Interfacing with customers regarding order book issues
  7. Interfacing with the Order Fulfilment team regarding the achievement of customer service levels

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Grade 12
  2. Tertiary qualification in Sales/Supply Chain or Packaging
  3. 3+ Years experience in Customer Care/Services
  4. Working knowledge of ERP Systems (SAP, JDE, Sage etc)
  5. Experience working in a cross functional team enviroment

RUMUNERATION

R18,000 Per Month
