About the job Customer Service Administrator (Mobeni, KZN)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Order processing and order confirmations
- Preparation of documentation for customers, e.g. Proforma Invoices and Sales Order Reports
- Order tracking and order book control
- Daily Distribution Plan information preparation
- Preparation and control of stock replenishment models
- Interfacing with customers regarding order book issues
- Interfacing with the Order Fulfilment team regarding the achievement of customer service levels
REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12
- Tertiary qualification in Sales/Supply Chain or Packaging
- 3+ Years experience in Customer Care/Services
- Working knowledge of ERP Systems (SAP, JDE, Sage etc)
- Experience working in a cross functional team enviroment
RUMUNERATION
R18,000 Per Month
