We are seeking an experienced Medical Practice Manager to play a crucial role in overseeing the administrative and operational aspects of a medical practice, ensuring it runs efficiently while enabling healthcare professionals to focus on patient care.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. General practice management running the full aspects of the daily operations of the medical practice.
  2. Stock management stock taking, stock rotation, pricing, negotiating and ordering.
  3. Customer/patient management ensuring that all patients are correctly cared for and their cases and accounts are well managed.
  4. Staff management including hiring, managing staff, staff development and performance and roster planning.
  5. Cost reduction ensuring that the business runs according to strict budgets and avoiding wastage, investigating and initiating cost saving measures and practising good financial oversight.

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Grade 12
  2. Five + years experience as a Medical Practice Manager with hands on experience on each of the five responsibilities listed above (essential)
  3. Tertiary qualification in business or financial management (essential)
  4. Tertiary qualification in medical or nursing (an added advantage)
  5. Have an interest in integrative and or functional medicine

RUMUNERATION

R20,000 Per Month
