Fitter - Yes4Youth Learnership (Amanzimtoti)

Manufacturer is seeking a Trade Tested Fitter for their Yes4Youth Training Programme on a 12 month internship/training basis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. First response to production technical issues
2. Setup and changeovers of automated filling lines
3. Commissioning of new production equipment
4. Training and skill sharing amongst other operators
5. General equipment servicing
6. Inspection and reporting of equipment condition
7. Linking between maintenance and production teams
8. Reporting to Production Shift Manager
9. Must be able to work overtime on weekends, when necessary
10. Must be able to work night shift on a rotational basis

REQUIREMENTS

1. Grade 12
2. Be A Trade Tested Fitter
3. 1 Years experience +
4. Must be between the ages of 18 and 34
5. Must be a South African citizen
6. Must be unemployed
7. Be computer literate (MS Office)
8. Be willing to commit to a 12 month training programme
