Requirements

  • Educational Background:
    A technical or commercial degree is required, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience and Interest:
    Strong interest and ideally professional experience in the fields of electrical engineering and vehicle technology, particularly in electric vehicles or related sectors.
  • Sales and Tendering Knowledge:
    Experience in B2B sales and handling public tenders is advantageous, especially within the public transportation
  • Language Skills:
    Fluent German (business-level) and English (fluent) are mandatory
  • Personal Competencies:

    • Customer-oriented mindset with flexibility and excellent organizational skills.
    • Independent, structured, and efficient working style with a strong sense of responsibility.
    • Strong team player with excellent communication skills and a confident, persuasive presence.
  • Mobility:
    Willingness to travel approximately 30-40% of the time.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Project and Customer Acquisition:
    Actively acquire and manage projects and customer relationships within the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), focusing on technical aspects.
  • Public Tender Management:
    Take full responsibility for the successful preparation and execution of public tenders related to electric buses in the public transportation sector.
  • Sales Strategy Implementation:
    Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve business goals.
  • Technical and Strategic Optimization:
    Identify opportunities for technical and strategic improvements. Collaborate closely with international external development partners to develop and implement effective solutions.
  • Market and Trend Analysis:
    Analyze industry trends and customer needs to support the development of future product offerings and the expansion of new business areas, such as commercial vehicles.
