Within their Asset Management division, they are currently seeking a Senior Bouwkundig Adviseur to join the team and contribute to their mission of shaping a world of trust.
Your Role
As a Senior Bouwkundig Adviseur, you are responsible for conducting thorough inspections on buildings to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You assess structural elements, identify risks or deviations, and provide clients with expert advice on architectural matters. Your work includes building inspections, technical due diligence, fire safety assessments, and condition measurements.
You often collaborate within a team but may also take full ownership of the entire processfrom drafting quotations to presenting findings. This role also includes staying updated on market developments, following relevant training, and sharing knowledge with peers.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct architectural inspections in and around buildings, ranging from historical to modern, small to large

Report findings clearly using standardized reporting tools or software

Prepare simple cost estimates and maintenance projections using Excel or internal systems

Assess technical aspects of building components, drawings, and materials

Understand and apply relevant building regulations, such as the Bouwbesluit or Besluit Bouwwerken Leefomgeving

Lead projects or independently manage client relationships, including the creation of custom proposals

Keep professional knowledge current and actively share insights within the team
What Theyre Looking For

Completed HBO or WO degree in a relevant field, such as architecture or civil engineering
-
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience

Knowledge of condition assessments (NEN 2767) and familiarity with architectural or civil construction defects
-
Interest in fire safety or building transport systems (e.g., elevators) is welcome, but not mandatory
-
Proficiency in both Dutch and English, spoken and written
-
In possession of a valid category B drivers license
-
Customer-oriented, self-assured, and capable of working independently and flexibly
