Your Role
You will coordinate and execute all marketing activities that support commercial goals. The scope is broad: brand development, content creation, campaigns, events, and hands-on execution. You will also support the CCO on strategy and planning, and make sure customers experience a consistent, professional brand at every touchpoint. This is a 32 to 40 hours position, with at least three days per week at our Zeewolde office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns aligned with sales objectives

  • Support the CCO in defining and optimizing marketing strategies

  • Prepare, track, and report on the marketing budget

  • Create engaging content for social media, brochures, presentations, and newsletters

  • Plan and organize trade shows, conferences, and industry events

  • Develop case studies and customer success stories with the commercial team

  • Maintain and improve our online presence, including website management, SEO, SEA, LinkedIn, and newsletters

  • Support the Sales team with scheduling, shared mailboxes, and workflow organization

What Were Looking For
Must-haves:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent level in Marketing, Communication, or Business Administration

  • Approximately 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing, events, or communications

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Clear and confident communication skills, comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders

  • Proactive, independent, and effective in a dynamic scale-up environment

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Experience with CRM or ERP tools

  • Good command of both English and Dutch

Nice to have:

  • Maritime industry background or a strong ambition to work in the maritime sector

  • Experience with website CMS, analytics, and marketing automation tools

  • Basic understanding of SEO, SEA, and performance reporting
