About the Role:

A leading fire safety solution firm are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead and oversee fire safety solution projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have experience in fire protection systems, project management, and stakeholder coordination to ensure successful project delivery on time, within scope, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution

  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations, industry standards, and company protocols.
  • Oversee procurement, logistics, and on-site execution of fire safety installations.

Stakeholder & Team Coordination

  • Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and clients to align project goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Conduct site visits and meetings to assess project progress and resolve challenges.

Risk Management & Compliance

  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure all installations meet safety and quality standards, including relevant fire codes and regulations.
  • Manage permits, certifications, and inspections required for project completion.

Budget & Resource Management

  • Develop project budgets and monitor costs to prevent overruns.
  • Allocate resources efficiently, optimizing workforce and materials.
  • Generate progress reports and present updates to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management within fire safety, construction, or engineering.

Technical & Industry Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of fire protection systems (sprinklers, alarms, suppression systems, etc.).
  • Familiarity with fire safety codes, standards, and local regulations.
