About the job Financial Administrator
Our client, a food manufacturing entity is looking for a Financial Clerk.
Key Responsibilities:
- File management
- Debtors management
- Creditors Management
- VAT filling
- PAYE Submission
- Handling Procurement functions
- Monthly creditors recons and remittances
- Weekly payment schedules to creditors
- Tele sales with customers
- Liaising with suppliers on deliveries
- Filing invoices
- Following up on outstanding debtor accounts
- Handling of company municipal accounts
- Following up on debtors outstanding accounts
Skills and Requirements:
- Proven experience in a financial administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong skills in Microsoft Excel
- Strong command of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on experience in managing debtors and creditors
- Prior exposure to regulatory services and interaction with governing bodies is advantageous
