Our client, a food manufacturing entity is looking for a Financial Clerk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • File management
  • Debtors management
  • Creditors Management
  • VAT filling
  • PAYE Submission
  • Handling Procurement functions
  • Monthly creditors recons and remittances
  • Weekly payment schedules to creditors
  • Tele sales with customers
  • Liaising with suppliers on deliveries
  • Filing invoices
  • Following up on outstanding debtor accounts
  • Handling of company municipal accounts
  • Following up on debtors outstanding accounts

Skills and Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a financial administrative role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong command of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Hands-on experience in managing debtors and creditors
  • Prior exposure to regulatory services and interaction with governing bodies is advantageous
