Our client a leading in the FMCG manufacturing industry is looking for an experienced and strategic Brand Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, ensuring brand consistency, and maximizing market share in a competitive FMCG landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand equity and drive sales growth.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for brand development.
  • Lead brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling to ensure a strong market presence.
  • Manage product launches, promotional campaigns, and advertising efforts across multiple channels.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, R&D, and supply chain to align brand objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Manage budgets effectively to ensure optimal allocation of resources for brand initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements.
Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in brand management, preferably within the FMCG sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
