Key Responsibilities:

Act as the CEOs closest advisor and operational enforcer, ensuring strategic priorities are executed without delay.

Keep the CEO informed, focused, and moving at full speed by handling follow-ups, decision-making support, and problem resolution.

Attend all key meetings, drive follow-through, and ensure no action item is left incomplete.

Act as a filter for non-essential matters, freeing the CEO to focus on high-impact decisions.

Business Strategy & Turnaround Execution

Translate the CEOs strategic vision into clear, actionable plans with aggressive timelines.

Hold teams accountable for execution, ensuring that the CEOs directives are met with urgency.

Identify and address bottlenecks caused by a slow-moving executive team, pushing initiatives forward when necessary.

Track progress on key transformation projects and intervene where necessary to maintain momentum.

Leadership & Performance Management

Serve as an extension of the CEO, reinforcing expectations and standards across the organization.

Push the executive team beyond their comfort zone to elevate performance and decision-making speed.

Identify weaknesses in leadership and drive solutions to strengthen execution.

Ensure that meetings are productive, action-oriented, and result in tangible progress.

Operational Oversight & Problem-Solving

Provide hands-on support in areas where execution is lagging, stepping in as needed to remove roadblocks.

Analyze business performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective measures immediately.

Work across departments to ensure alignment and eliminate silos that slow down execution.

Ensure financial discipline, cost control, and operational efficiency throughout the business.

Skills Required:

Proven experience in a Chief of Staff, COO, Strategy, or Senior Operations role in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Experience in manufacturing, turnaround businesses, or high-pressure leadership roles is highly preferred.

Strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute with speed and precision.

Ability to manage and influence a weak executive team to deliver results.

Exceptional problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, and ability to anticipate challenges.

Comfortable making decisions and taking ownership in an environment where urgency is critical.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple competing priorities.

Strong financial and operational acumen with an ability to track business performance and drive efficiencies.
