Client Delivery Manager

We're looking for an Account Manager / Project Manager to own client delivery across our SEO and PPC accounts. You'll partner directly with the founder as the central point of coordination between leadership, the delivery team, and clients — keeping work on track, teams aligned, and the founder out of the weeds. This role operates on US Mountain Time with regular video calls and client-facing meetings.

About Creatitive Creatitive is a full-service digital marketing agency based in Gilbert, Arizona, serving sports brands, fitness businesses, and athletes across the Phoenix metro. Our services span SEO, PPC, web development, branding, and content marketing. We're a small, tight-knit team — everyone owns their work, holds a high standard, and wears as many hats as it takes to get things done.

What you'll own

• Full ownership of assigned client accounts: goals, timelines, and deliverables
• Task management across client boards in ClickUp: scoped, assigned, and completed on time
• Client onboarding calls, setup, and delegation to the fulfillment team
• Weekly delivery meetings, action item tracking, and cross-team coordination
• Client calls, status updates, and proactive communication
• Delivery dashboards and internal reporting for founder visibility

What success looks like

You're winning when:

• Task completion rate is high across all client boards
• Zero (or near-zero) overdue tasks older than 48 hours
• Every active task has an owner and a due date
• Action items from weekly meetings are closed before the next one

The founder notices when:

• Delivery escalations are rare
• Clients are informed before they have to ask
• Problems are flagged and resolved quickly
• The team knows exactly what to do and when

• Client-facing ownership and proactive communication
• A role where you lead, not just coordinate

This IS NOT:

• Admin or assistant work
• SEO or PPC execution
• Passive status reporting

What you'll bring

• Agency or professional services delivery experience
• Strong project and task management skills — ClickUp or similar
• Ability to juggle multiple client workstreams without losing the details
• Comfortable leading meetings and driving clarity under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal English — non-negotiable
• Working knowledge of SEO and PPC from an agency delivery standpoint
• A proactive problem-solver who flags risks before they escalate
