Pay: $ 16-21 /hour + PTO
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week, weekends required)

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Assistant Manager to join our team. This role is essential in supporting the daily operations of the club, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and assisting with staff supervision. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the Club Manager to help achieve business and member satisfaction goals.
Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations of the fitness club
- Support in supervising and training front desk staff and cleaning staff
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve member concerns in a professional manner
- Ensure the facility is clean, safe, and welcoming at all times
- Assist with scheduling, inventory, and administrative tasks
- Help drive member engagement and retention initiatives
- Uphold company policies, safety standards, and customer service expectations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in fitness, hospitality, or customer service preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, organized, and able to multitask
- Availability to work weekends (required)
