Real Estate is not slowing down at Mark Brower Properties. We are looking for a licensed Real Estate agent to join our top-performing team as an Inside Sales agent and Client Advocate. An opportunity to utilize your professional sales and customer service skills to drive your own success!

This is more than just a sales job; this is a service role in our company. You would be the connector between our current clients and their next real estate investment opportunity.

This Opportunity Provides:

• All incoming leads so there is NO Prospecting.
• An opportunity to leverage our current client base of over 400 Investors.
• Full time support from our dedicated Transaction Coordinator.
• Base plus commission (expected first year total compensation $73,000-$130,000+).
• Uncapped Commissions!

• Exceptional listening skills and empathy toward others
• Experience in high volume real estate transactions
• Passionate about the Real Estate industry and how to build wealth through Residential Rental Real Estate
• The desire to work for a small, but quickly growing company, where things change quickly and we are always looking for ways to improve ourselves and our business
• Current AZ Real Estate License (you will be required to hang with our brokerage)
