Job description

Repair Masters is hiring for an individual familiar with home inspections and/or make rent ready. Our turnover specialist will be in charge of inspecting upcoming vacancies to get it ready for the next tenant/move in.

Duties:

  • Inspecting units that are upcoming vacancies and creating a punch list for repairs that are needed to have the property ready for the next tenant

  • Checking in on properties while the make rent ready is in progress to ensure that we are on target to be completed by the ready date.

  • Communicating with technicians if items are not done to satisfaction

  • Hitting target deadline dates

  • Performing move in evaluations once all approved items have been completed

  • Taking marketing pictures and videos once the properties are ready

  • Attending Tuesday meetings to update leasing on the progress of the vacant units

  • You will be managing at least 5 projects at a time


Skills

  • Must be very detail oriented, organized, have the ability to multitask, great communication

  • Must have knowledge of basic construction

  • We use Housecall Pro for all scheduling, Zinpsector to perform move out and move in evaluations

  • Must have previous knowledge of home inspections

  • Must have basic understanding of maintenance items such as plumbing, electrical, drywall, and water damage

Repair Masters began in 2012 as a husband & wife team & obtained its contractors' license in 2015. Repair Masters services all aspects of maintenance on residential properties for both 3rd party clients & property management companies. We handle 3rd party fix n flip projects, rental turnover/rent-ready work as well as routine resident repair requests and our team is growing! Repair Masters handles all maintenance for one of their larger clients & related operations, Rosenbaum Realty Group, which specializes in investment properties, and multi-family & single-family property management. RRG currently manages about 500 units of which about 80% are multi-family apts. & 20% are single-family homes spread out valley-wide in the greater Phoenix market.

Our Hiring Process:

If you meet our qualifications, you'll be notified via text and email to respond to a survey about yourself. Upon completion, we will reach out for a Zoom/video interview call (about 20-30 mins). Pertaining all goes well you will then come to our office for a final interview

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Salary 50-65,000 annually

  • 12 hour shift

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Home Inspecting: 2 years (Preferred)
