About the job Regional Property Manager (Multi-Site Leadership)
Regional Property Manager (Multi-Site Leadership)
Make a difference across multiple AZ communities and never spend two weeks the same.
We're hiring an operational property leader who likes to get results in the field, not behind a desk. If you know firsthand how to build strong teams and great culture, you like the challenge of fixing things that are broken and bringing consistency to dispersed-site properties, this is a great role fit for you. If you've been the go-to problem solver in your past positions and love the thrill of going into a property and building it up, apply today, and let's chat.
We're looking for a Regional Property Manager to supervise five property managers and their staff, including a marketing and leasing manager, for residential communities in Prescott, Thatcher, and Gilbert. You won't be dealing with huge apartment complexes but multifamily and single-family home portfolios, concentrating on operational management, training, and holding everyone accountable in several locations.
And yes, your accommodation is fully covered when you travel.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Traveling Monday-Friday between three Arizona cities (Prescott, Thatcher, and Gilbert), living in company-paid rentals or apartments.
- Overseeing a team of five property managers who have small multifamily or single-family home portfolios.
- Coaching, mentoring, and keeping your PMs accountable through weekly meetings and highly hands-on management.
- Standardizing operations and workflows, making things consistent and world-class everywhere.
- Installation of property management software and enabling a simple rollout to the on-site personnel.
- Monitoring KPIs, budgets, and site performance to drive measurable improvement.
- Identifying issues and correcting them, such as personnel issues or computer crashes, before they erupt.
This Might Be the Job for You If:
- You've managed several properties or groups in different locations as a Regional, Area, or Multi-Site Property Manager.
- You have an Arizona real estate license and are familiar with residential property law and operations.
- You've trained, mentored, and held teams accountable, led through people.
- You'd enjoy being out in the field rather than confined to the office. You understand how to walk a unit and lead a team through change.
- You like variety in your day and week!
Pay and Benefits:
- $80,000$110,000 annual salary, depending on experience
- Gas reimbursement
- Corporate rentals/housing provided during weekly travel
- PTO and paid holidays
- A leadership role with the freedom to decide and implement changes
- An opportunity to make a real difference in five separate communities.
The Ideal Fit:
- We're seeking a natural leadership presence, someone who leads with care, clarity, and confidence. The strongest candidates will arrive with:
- A High D / High I DISC style. You totally take charge and connect with people super easily.
- Strong Commanding and Intentional driving forces. You enjoy leading, taking ownership of results, and driving performance.
- Skill sets include Team Leadership, Coaching, Problem Solving, and Operational Follow-Through.
