We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Maintenance Manager to join our team. You’ll act as the central point of communication between property managers, technicians, and vendors. This is an office-based role that requires excellent organizational and communication skills to keep daily operations running smoothly. You’re supporting a large property management company who has a steady flow of work orders.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily scheduling and coordination of maintenance technicians
Monitor materials and deliveries to ensure timely job completion
Support team operations through regular check-ins and staff meetings
Assist with hiring, training, and performance management
Work closely with leadership to improve internal processes and efficiency
Maintain vendor relationships and help manage service quality
Address customer concerns and ensure a positive service experience
Represent the company professionally to clients, staff, and partners
Perform basic administrative tasks and support general operations
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 3 years in property maintenance or a related operational role; background in property management or restoration is a plus
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
Leadership: Proven ability to lead and support diverse teams in a fast-paced environment
Technical Skills: Proficient with Gmail, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital tools used for scheduling and reporting
Attention to Detail: Highly organized, with strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
Work Standards: Must be able to meet deadlines, work independently, and pass background and drug screening
