You’re supporting a large property management company who has a steady flow of work orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily scheduling and coordination of maintenance technicians

  • Monitor materials and deliveries to ensure timely job completion

  • Support team operations through regular check-ins and staff meetings

  • Assist with hiring, training, and performance management

  • Work closely with leadership to improve internal processes and efficiency

  • Maintain vendor relationships and help manage service quality

  • Address customer concerns and ensure a positive service experience

  • Represent the company professionally to clients, staff, and partners

  • Perform basic administrative tasks and support general operations


Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in property maintenance or a related operational role; background in property management or restoration is a plus

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential

  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and support diverse teams in a fast-paced environment

  • Technical Skills: Proficient with Gmail, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital tools used for scheduling and reporting

  • Attention to Detail: Highly organized, with strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities

  • Work Standards: Must be able to meet deadlines, work independently, and pass background and drug screening

Job Details:

  • Type: Full-time

  • Pay: $45,000 - $55,000 annually, based on experience

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday
