We are searching for a Business Development Manager who is a High-Performance Hunter to take the wheel. This is not a role for a "customer service representative" or a passive order-taker. We need a resourceful closer who is energized by the hunt, obsessed with the win, and capable of sourcing their own opportunities when the inbound leads aren't enough.
The Profile: Are You a Hunter?
High-performers in this role don't just wait for the phone to ring. You are a Business Developer in the truest sense:
You Source: You are resourceful. Whether its networking with Realtors, mining FRBOs, or leveraging your local connections, you know how to build a pipeline from scratch.
You Close: You don't just "check in"—you lead the prospect to a decision. You are an expert at navigating objections and engineering a "Yes."
You Consult: You speak the language of ROI. You can walk an investment property in Mesa and immediately articulate a strategy that maximizes value for the owner.
You Own It: You are the face of the company in the field. You thrive on autonomy and are driven by an internal scoreboard.
Your Mission
Aggressive Prospecting: Actively hunt for new doors. You will manage company-provided leads with precision, but you will also create your own weather through relentless outbound activity.
Field Dominance: This is a boots-on-the-ground role. Youll be in the office and networking while representing the MBP brand.
Process Innovation: As the Engine, you dont just follow the process—you optimize it. We want a builder who looks for ways to sharpen our sales cycle and improve our team.
