Mark Brower Properties is growing! We are looking to add a Real Estate Business Development Manager (Base Pay + Uncapped Commissions!) to our amazing team!
Who are we looking for?
We need someone who is a closer! We want someone who has the same core values and will fit well into our company culture. If you have a proven track record of closing deals, you are motivated by making money, have exceptional follow through and communication skills, are a quick learner, are tech-savvy, and have or be willing to obtain your Arizona Real Estate License, please apply now!
What will you be doing?
- Capturing, cultivating and closing leads!
- Upholding our triple win philosophy and ensuring the relationship is a win for the landlord, the company and the tenant.
- Advising clients on their real estate investments, through honest, transparent communication.
- Continuously looking for ways to improve yourself, our processes and our team.
- Working in the office and in the field, visiting properties and meeting with clients.
- Developing and enhancing relationships with our clients, our vendors, and our team.
What are we offering?
- Base Salary + Commission = Unlimited Earning Potential
- OTE $70,000-100,000, Benefits (following 90 days) include:
