Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience working under a licensed local plumbing company. The role requires expertise in various plumbing tasks including but not limited to, including sewer line replacements, trench digging, wall plumbing line replacements, water heater (gas or electric) replacements, shower component replacements (diverters, valves), and toilet replacements.
Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of plumbing duties efficiently and effectively.
Replace sewer lines and dig trenches as needed.
Replace plumbing lines within walls.
Replace water heaters (both gas and electric).
Replace shower components, including diverters and valves.
Install and replace toilets.
Work with precision and attention to detail.
Ensure compliance with all plumbing codes and regulations.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years' experience working under a licensed local plumbing company.
Possession of personal small tools; larger tools will be provided.
Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check and drug test.
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
Flexibility to work Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, with the ability to start earlier or work later as needed.
Willingness to work on a rotating on-call schedule.
Experience with sewer line replacements, trench digging, wall plumbing line replacements, water heater replacements, shower component replacements, and toilet replacements.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
