Job Title: Sales Estimator

Location: East Valley, AZ (Hybrid)

Salary: $75,000 Base + Commission

BT Property Services is a rapidly growing contractor in the Arizona Valley, specializing in residential light remodel projects. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Estimator to join our team. This role combines business development, client engagement, and cost estimating to support the companys growth objectives.

About the Role:

The Sales Estimator will serve as the primary point of contact for potential clients, combining relationship-building with technical estimating skills. This position is responsible for generating leads, managing the sales process, and preparing detailed cost proposals for residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the construction or remodeling industry, with the ability to translate project requirements into accurate and competitive estimates.

What You'll Do:

• Generate and develop new business through networking, outreach, and lead follow-up.
• Meet with clients to assess project needs, gather specifications, and provide guidance.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates, proposals, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project scope, timelines, and budgets are achievable.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients from initial contact through project award.
• Monitor industry trends and provide input to support marketing and business development efforts.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in sales and estimating within the residential construction or remodeling industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to interpret project requirements and translate them into detailed estimates.
• Basic understanding of marketing strategies, including social media and Google Ads with the ability to work with the team to help generate leads.
