Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and licensed Property Manager to join our team in Thatcher, AZ. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, customer-service oriented, and skilled at managing daily property operations, tenant relations, and leasing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned residential properties.
• Handle leasing, renewals, rent collection, and tenant communication.
• Ensure compliance with Arizona landlord-tenant laws and company policies.
• Conduct property inspections and coordinate repairs or maintenance.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial and operational reports.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, property owners, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Arizona Real Estate License (preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in property management or a related field
• Knowledge of property management practices and state regulations, or willingness to learn
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
