About this role
Nimbus Health is hiring a board certified pulmonologist to primarily practice outpatient pulmonary medicine.
Responsibilities
- Render outpatient pulmonary care, inpatient consults, and procedures
- Perform 20 visits / day on average, additional compensation for additional visits
- Supervise advanced practice providers
- Oversee support staff to deliver innovative care models
- Maintain relationships with local primary care providers

Seniority
2 - 20 years of experience as an early-to-mid career, outpatient-focused, and board certified pulmonologist (must accept there is no critical care work)
Work experience
M.D. or D.O. with pulmonary credential critical (sleep certification preferred) with proven track record of providing care to patients
Soft skills
Strong communicator and genuine passion for patient care / diagnosis
Willing to supervise 2+ mid-level healthcare providers
Miscellaneous
Active state license in Georgia, Arizona, or South Carolina (or ability to obtain via the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact)
Strong mission alignment and excited to integrate tech into patient care models
Traits to avoid
Avoid physicians that want critical care work (non-starter)
Must not have 20+ YOE or any indication of prior malpractice
