Job Title: National Sales Executive – Freight Brokerage & Logistics

Position Overview

We are seeking a high-performing National Sales Executive to drive new business growth and expand our freight brokerage footprint across the U.S. This role is ideal for a true hunter—someone who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and delivering tailored logistics solutions to national-level shippers.

The ideal candidate brings a strong network, a proven track record of success in logistics sales, and the ability to navigate complex supply chain challenges while consistently delivering results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities with national and regional shippers

  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets

  • Design and present customized logistics solutions across multiple modes (FTL, LTL, intermodal, and specialized services)

  • Lead high-level presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions with senior decision-makers

  • Establish and grow long-term client relationships, ensuring retention and account expansion

  • Collaborate with operations and carrier sales teams to ensure seamless service execution

  • Stay informed on market trends, pricing dynamics, and capacity fluctuations to remain competitive

  • Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline tracking within CRM systems

Qualifications

  • 3–7+ years of experience in freight brokerage or logistics sales

  • Proven success selling truckload, LTL, intermodal, or multimodal transportation solutions

  • Demonstrated ability to generate new business and close high-value accounts

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

  • Ability to travel as needed to support client development and account management

  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and working with enterprise-level clients is a plus

  • Existing book of business or well-established industry network preferred
