Position Overview
We are seeking a high-performing National Sales Executive to drive new business growth and expand our freight brokerage footprint across the U.S. This role is ideal for a true hunter—someone who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and delivering tailored logistics solutions to national-level shippers.
The ideal candidate brings a strong network, a proven track record of success in logistics sales, and the ability to navigate complex supply chain challenges while consistently delivering results.
Key Responsibilities

Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities with national and regional shippers

Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets

Design and present customized logistics solutions across multiple modes (FTL, LTL, intermodal, and specialized services)

Lead high-level presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions with senior decision-makers

Establish and grow long-term client relationships, ensuring retention and account expansion

Collaborate with operations and carrier sales teams to ensure seamless service execution

Stay informed on market trends, pricing dynamics, and capacity fluctuations to remain competitive

Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline tracking within CRM systems
Qualifications

3–7+ years of experience in freight brokerage or logistics sales

Proven success selling truckload, LTL, intermodal, or multimodal transportation solutions

Demonstrated ability to generate new business and close high-value accounts

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

Ability to travel as needed to support client development and account management

Experience managing complex sales cycles and working with enterprise-level clients is a plus

Existing book of business or well-established industry network preferred
