Job description:
As Director of Carrier Sales, you will lead the carrier sales department with full responsibility for strategy, leadership, operations, and performance. You will develop and execute data-driven plans to grow and strengthen the carrier network while inspiring your team to exceed service and budget goals. This is a leadership role reporting directly to the President & CEO.
Key Responsibilities:

Inspire, manage, and develop the Carrier Sales team

Oversee daily operations to ensure reliable and efficient service

Develop and implement carrier growth strategies based on data

Resolve escalated issues and oversee the carrier claims process

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies

Promote a collaborative, performance-driven team culture
Qualifications:
Required:

Bachelors degree from an accredited institution

4+ years in the transportation or logistics industry with capacity experience

Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills

Ability to work extended hours as needed
Preferred:

Masters degree

2+ years of direct supervisory experience in a related industry
