What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients, develop care plans, and provide ongoing treatment in an outpatient setting

• Document progress notes, re-evaluations, and discharge summaries

• Collaborate with team members and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care

• Stay current with clinical knowledge and attend internal trainings as needed

• Participate in clinic operations, meetings, and ongoing performance improvement efforts

What You'll Bring

• Graduation from an accredited PT or PTA program

• Active state license (or eligibility) in Physical Therapy

• Strong communication, time management, and documentation skills

• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team

• CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)

Physical Requirements
