Title: Cradle-to-Grave Sales Executive

Salary: $50,000 - $90,000 base (DOE)
Commission: Uncapped tiered commission plan

Role Overview:

We are looking for self-starting, entrepreneurial sales professionals who thrive in a cradle-to-grave freight model. This role is for true hunters who can build their own book of business from the ground up, manage customer relationships, and personally execute the day-to-day movement of freight.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, cold call, and close new customers to grow your book of business

  • Develop long-term relationships and serve as the main point of contact for your accounts

  • Source, negotiate, and manage carrier relationships to ensure freight is moved efficiently and cost-effectively

  • Manage the full shipment lifecycle: quoting, booking, tracking, and troubleshooting

  • Deliver exceptional service and communication to both shippers and carriers

  • Work independently while also collaborating with a high-energy, growth-driven team

  • Monitor market trends and stay competitive with pricing and margin strategy

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a freight brokerage or 3PL environment

  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales and margin goals

  • Ability to build a book from scratch and grow customer relationships over time

  • Strong understanding of full truckload (FTL), LTL, and other freight modes

  • Grit, resilience, and drive this is a performance-focused environment

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
