Job Details

  • Title:

    • Sales Executive Full Truckload

    • Strategic Growth Leader / Truckload Agent Program Developer (possible equity track)

  • Job Description:

    • Drive FTL sales growth outside of white glove market

    • Bring an existing truckload book of business that can be onboarded and scaled quickly

    • Leverage company's tech stack to manage truckload operations internally and increase margins

    • Build and expand relationships with carriers, ensuring timely pay and strong service delivery

    • Potential to lead a combined W2/agent program if mutually beneficial

  • Salary & Commission Structure:

    • Base salary dependent on candidates current production; expectation of 3x base in annual margin production

    • Potential commission or profit-sharing model for agents (e.g., 60/40 or 70/30 split)

  • Position Requirements / Ideal Candidate:

    • Career-long experience in FTL sales with proven book of business

    • Ability to translate existing accounts quickly into revenue with new company

    • Comfort working in a scaling environment with growth goals from $10M to $30M+
  • Candidate Must-Haves:

    • Proven truckload sales success with portable customer relationships

    • Revenue generation ability to justify base salary at 3x margin target

    • Experience growing accounts beyond initial book

    • High integrity and ability to work collaboratively with leadership on strategic growth
