Job Title: National Sales Executive
Salary: $90-120K + commission
Commission:
- Earn up to 10% commission on brokerage gross margin for the first year of each proprietary account, with tiered reductions over time.
- For warehousing, earn 1% of gross revenue from third-party warehouse accounts for the first 12 months.

Overview:
A growing, asset-based logistics provider with nearly 30 years of success is expanding its national footprint. With a fleet of trucks and over 200 dry van trailers, the company is operationally strong and preparing to grow exponentially over the next few years. They are seeking a National Sales Executive who can bring a hunter mentality, strong customer relationships, and deep experience in OTR freight services.
Job Description:
This role focuses on building new customer relationships and supporting any existing book you bring. You'll own the full sales cycle, collaborate with operations to manage freight, and play a key role in driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for your customers

Oversee load volumes and partner with ops for execution

Understand client shipping/receiving patterns and needs

Drive outbound cold calling and lead generation

Win new accounts and grow share in existing ones

Proactively resolve in-transit and service issues

Guide and mentor peers as a sales leader

Fully manage your sales cycle from prospect to close
Qualifications:

3-10 years of logistics sales experience required

Must have experience moving Truckload/Dry Van freight

Strong communicator who thrives in a remote or hybrid setup

Independent and team-oriented with strong follow-through

Calm under pressure and proactive in problem-solving

Ability to turn potential into performance

Organized and intentional in your sales approach

Bonus points for experience with Warehousing, Drayage, Freight Forwarding, Flatbed, Reefer, or Expedited Freight
