National Sales Executive - Freight Brokerage & Logistics

What You'll Do

  • Prospect, pitch, and close new national-level shipper accounts
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline; consistently hit revenue targets
  • Develop tailored logistics solutions (TL, LTL, intermodal, specialized)
  • Lead high-impact presentations and negotiations with senior decision makers
  • Manage and grow key accounts to ensure long-term success
  • Partner with operations and carrier sales to ensure flawless execution
  • Stay current on market pricing, capacity trends, and competitive activity

What You Bring

  • 3-7+ years of freight brokerage or logistics sales experience
  • Proven success selling FTL, LTL, intermodal, or multimodal services
  • Strong shipper relationships and a demonstrated track record of closing
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to travel nationally as needed
  • (Bonus) Existing book of business or well-developed industry network
