About the Role
You will lead and coach the Japan sales team across all freight forwarding products (air & ocean), focusing on both strategic account development and frontline sales execution. This is a high-impact, customer-facing leadership position with exposure to regional and global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Growth Focus: Develop and grow key accounts, with priority on national tenders and regional initiatives aligned to APAC strategy.

Revenue & Profit Leadership: Drive sustainable growth in GP and volume through new business acquisition, cross-selling, and retention strategies.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Proven experience in freight forwarding sales (air/ocean), ideally with leadership or team coaching exposure.
