About the Role

We're hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to help scale a fast-growing SaaS company by owning and executing revenue-driving marketing campaigns. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys turning ideas into real launches - planning campaigns, improving customer journeys, and driving measurable business growth.

You'll work directly with the founder and have strong ownership over initiatives that impact retention, upgrades, and overall revenue.


Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution:

  • Plan and execute revenue-generating marketing campaigns from idea to launch.
  • Translate business goals into structured campaign plans, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
  • Monitor performance and continuously optimize campaigns based on results.

Lifecycle & Conversion Optimization:

  • Improve onboarding and customer lifecycle journeys to increase engagement and retention.
  • Develop and optimize email and customer communication flows that support upgrades and long-term customer value.
  • Identify conversion opportunities and run experiments to improve funnel performance.

Partnership & Co-Marketing Initiatives

  • Collaborate with partner SaaS companies on joint marketing initiatives such as webinars, cross-promotions, and co-branded campaigns.
  • Coordinate campaign execution across internal and external stakeholders.

Marketing Operations & Organization

  • Maintain clear campaign calendars and structured marketing execution processes.
  • Work closely with analytics support to interpret results and identify growth opportunities.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with content, customer success, product, and development teams to launch campaigns and improve user experience.
  • Report directly to the Founder and contribute ideas that influence growth strategy.


Must-have Qualifications:

  • 5-7+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, or SaaS Marketing roles
  • Proven ability to execute marketing campaigns end-to-end
  • Strong understanding of conversion funnels and customer journeys
  • Data-driven mindset with focus on measurable outcomes
  • Comfortable working independently with high ownership
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Availability to work full-time with partial overlap with US EST hours

Preferred:

  • Experience working in SaaS or subscription-based products
  • Background in lifecycle marketing, retention, or monetization-focused roles
  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Klaviyo (or similar), landing page builders, or marketing automation tools
  • Experience running partnership or co-marketing campaigns
