Academic Officer - Edumall

To build and develop resources/lessons/activities for TOPICA EDUMALL courses & training programs
Responsibilities
1. Content development
To collaborate with lecturers to design and input content for them to teach in classes
To help compile resources and materials for learning modules following the curriculum design
To build and expand material warehouse for courses (quizzes, assignments, questions, exams, etc.)
To review and enhance the quality of the teaching content in the most effective way
2. Collaborating with related teams
To work closely with the Content production team and ensure that the design of learning activities and lessons serve the
targeted pedagogical purposes
To liaise with the Product team and ensure that the deployment of teaching content is smooth and seamless
To work closely with the Teaching Quality Assurance team and the Academic Operation team to collect feedback relating
to course content from instructors and students
3. Additional tasks
To support and cooperate with other academic teams as requested
To support cross-departmental assignments as requested
To participate in any course content production activities as requested
Qualifications
Bachelor' Degree from renowned universities Degree is preferable)
At least one year of teaching experience in University/College/Institute
IELTS 6.5+ with no band under 5.5 or equivalent (not required for candidates graduating from a Bachelor/Master training
program taught in English)
Good knowledge in educational technology tools and teaching assistance technological tools
Strong computer skills in Office tools, G-suite tools, presentation & design platforms
Good IT/AI knowledge is a plus
