This person will be responsible for driving a significant portion of the company’s growth, with a focus on kids product portfolio.
● The focus is to drive the marketing strategy, including strategic and tactical growth campaigns through multiple platforms; establish, implement and measure the effectiveness initiatives to drive adoption, engagement and monetization.
● To scale current channels, establish new channels, and work with Performance Marketing on top-of-funnel growth, with Product, Tech and Operation on Middle-Bottom-of-funnel growth. You will combine deep customer insights, marketing fundamentals, and technical digital marketing skills to lead acquisition, conversion and retention marketing campaigns.
● Manage & develop social media channels (Tiktok, Youtube, Facebook) to increase performance of pages including collect and edit video sources, promoting brand-focused interactive and engaging content, and expanding opportunities for revenue.
Job Responsibilities: 

  • Drive user growth and retention of Kids platform, via an integrated marketing approach that comprise but not limited to the following areas:
  • Brand building: develop a brand identity for the platforms and devise marketing campaigns that create awareness, consideration & love for the brand from the ground up
  • Acquisition: overseeing the technical integration of digital platforms (Google, Facebook, Ad networks, Local display etc.), daily optimization on MAU. Work with performance marketing team to oversee campaign management and in-depth analytics of customer acquisition cost and return on ad spend
  • Grows and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Tiktok, Facebook, Instagram and come up with viral strategies & KOL strategy for every campaign
  • KOLs & influencer management: Creates marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules
  • Engagement & retention: Understanding analytics CRM, customer service, email marketing, push notification, SMS, in-app channels, content copywriting and A/B testing
  • Partner with Product on conversion rate optimization (CRO) experiments
  • PR & Communication: ensure the right message communicated to the right audience. Also work very closely with the Corporate communication and PR team
  • Demonstrate ability to work at the planning level (generating bold and innovative ideas for growth via paid and owned channels) and at the tactical level (managing advertising campaign execution, creating and optimizing campaigns, analyzing traffic data and solving problems).
    Job  Requirements:
    
    • Minimum bachelor’s degree from a recognizable university
    • At least 4-7 years of experience in e-commerce, app, social media and content marketing. Experience working for well-known e-commerce or applications or education tech will be an advantage.

    • Have an eye for good design. Able to guide designers via specific briefs and requirements
