Being a Senior Social & Community Executive for Edumall platform, you will be responsible for developing communities on social media, from planning to executing 
What will you do?

  1. Plan & Execute Social media campaigns (both occasional and always-on campaigns) while ensuring brand consistency across different channels.
  2. Set up, organise and monitor activities to forge community engagement.
  3. Cooperate with other teams to deliver best-in-class experiences for communities participants (learners, instructors, experts).
  4. Keep track of market performance and online trends, especially in the education industry, to identify opportunities/threats for the Edumall brand.

 What do you need to bring?

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in communication

  • Experience in running social media channels and building social community for online products

  • Good writing skill and good sense of aesthetic

  • Outstanding communication skills, problem solving & project management skills

  • Good knowledge of education industry is a plus

  • Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
