HRT C&B Supervisor (C&B.S) holds a vital role in daily and periodical operation of the Human Resources Teacher Department (HRTD). We are seeking proactive and professional candidates to perform responsibilities in implementing and advancing Teacher policies and benefits. This position will help ensure Teachers satisfaction in their journey at Topica. It will allow the potential candidate to broaden his/her horizons in both leading position and professional experience and contribute to enhancement of one of the most high-standard learning platforms in Vietnam.
What will you do?
The Supervisor is in charge of conducting below responsibilities as following department requirements, plan and KPIs:
1. Payroll
- Control the processing of Teacher data (new hires, changes, additional earnings);
- Control Teacher timesheet data from Customer Relation Management (CRM) system to payroll and reconcile variances by utilizing tools;
- Check records of Teacher' working hours, review them for accuracy;
- Control payroll process (calculate, reconcile, prepare for bank transfer, distribute payslip) timely and accurately;
- Lead and assign proper tasks to collaborators (if any) to ensure stable workload and standard operation.
2. Personal Income Tax (PIT)/ SHUI
- Manage and ensure the process of SHUI, PIT relating to Teachers to be on time;
- Explain to Teacher issues on Teachers policies such as PIT; SHUI, leave days, etc. Confidential
- Cooperate with HR Team to process compensations and benefits relating to teachers signing the labour contract;
3. Contract Management
- Ensure all Teachers sign proper type of contracts, annex to contract, contract renewal, contract termination on time;
- Manage and set up records and personnel file for new employees;
- Maintain employees records on the system and in the personnel file;
4. Policies and regulation
- Review and propose suitable update to all working procedures, policies, rules and regulations of TMD;
- Manage 24/7 channel effectively;
- Manage team members in cooperating and handling request and concerns from Teacher
- Check, monitor, remind and guide Teacher and subordinates (if any) to follow the rules and regulations;
- Collaborate with team members in maintain the operation in right standard;
- Update and make necessary reports;
5. Other
- Manage announcement; update initiatives to Teacher on time and effectively;
- Other assigned tasks required by Line manager.
What do you need to bring?
- At least a Bachelor degree. Candidate with major in Business Administration; HR Management is an advantage;
- At least 03 years experience in HR; Payroll/ Total rewards or similar positions;
- Have strong knowledge on current laws regarding the labor, industry and job responsibilities;
- Have good knowledge on system management in a large organization;
- Computer literacy MS Office; G-suit; CRM system, etc;
- Have good skills in verbal and non-verbal communication; in both Vietnamese and English;
- Experienced in researching and problem solving skills;
- hould be a team player; highly disciplined; proactive and tech-savvy.
