Academic Supervisor (Resource)

JOB OVERVIEW

To build and develop the resource banks and test banks for different English products at Topica and to ensure that the quality and content of the resources fit with the curriculum design of each product.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Test bank construction

To build and categorize questions for the test bank of each assigned product following the curriculum design and testing requirements

To make sure that the selected questions match with the assessment criteria

To manage and organize the construction of the test banks in the most logical and scientific manner

To review and revise the test bank periodically

To check and correct test questions regularly across learning platforms

Resource bank construction

To build and collect supplementary and extra activity banks for all course levels of each learning products

To categorize and arrange the resources in accordance with the curriculum design of each product

To monitor and revise the materials when necessary to make sure that all materials are related to student learning experience as per curriculum design

Additional tasks

To support and cooperate with other academic teams as requested

To support cross-departmental assignments as requested

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree in English Pedagogy/ English Linguistics from renowned universities

At least 3 years of teaching experience in General English/ Test Preparation courses

At least 1 year of experience in learning course designing/lesson planning for various English courses

IELTS 8.0+ with no band under 7.0 or equivalent

Good knowledge in educational technology tools and teaching assistance technological tools

Strong computer skills in Office tools, Gsuite tools, presentation & design platforms

Good IT knowledge in coding/AI learning is a plus.
