Responsibilities:

  • 📞 Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and other communication channels to schedule appointments with sales representatives
  • 🗓️ Accurately maintain appointment records, including times, venues, and client contact details
  • 🎯 Use persuasive communication techniques to overcome objections, build trust, and achieve appointment-setting targets
  • 💡 Actively contribute to team meetings by sharing strategies, insights, and new approaches to improve performance
  • 🤝 Provide a high level of professionalism and customer service when interacting with potential clients
  • 📚 Stay informed on product knowledge, industry trends, and market insights to understand client needs and effectively position solutions

Required Skills:

  • 💬 Minimum 2 years of experience in appointment setting or a similar sales support role
  • 🏆 Proven track record of meeting or exceeding appointment-setting goals
  • 🗣️ Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • ⏱️ Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
  • 📊 Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing strategies is a plus
  • 💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant CRM or scheduling tools
