• 📝 Create, curate, and manage content across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• 💬 Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster a positive online community
• 🔍 Research industry trends and best practices to boost engagement and social media reach
• 🎨 Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop visually appealing content aligned with the brand’s voice
• 📊 Track social media performance metrics and provide actionable insights for optimization
• 🌐 Stay updated on platform changes, new features, and emerging social media trends

🛠️ Required Skills:

• 💬 Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an engaging, professional style
• 📱 Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for business
• ✍️ Proven experience creating content and managing online communities
• 🛠️ Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms
• 📊 Analytical skills to interpret data and provide insights
• 👩‍💻 Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• 🎨 Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus
