The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and experienced in managing Amazon/Walmart accounts, with a proven track record of driving growth, maintaining account health, and optimizing sales performance.

Responsibilities:

  • ๐Ÿงพ Oversee and manage Amazon and Walmart seller/vendor accounts, ensuring compliance with platform policies and guidelines.
  • ๐Ÿ“ฆ Monitor account health metrics, resolve issues quickly, and provide timely responses to customer inquiries and feedback.
  • ๐Ÿ“‘ Manage and troubleshoot cases and account-related challenges to ensure smooth operations.
  • ๐Ÿ“Š Create and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, videos, variation groupings).
  • ๐Ÿ’ผ Collaborate with PPC/SEO teams, brand management, and creative services to boost sales and enhance customer experience.
  • ๐Ÿ“ฆ Analyze sales data, traffic metrics, and customer feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • ๐Ÿ—“๏ธ Prepare performance reports and dashboards on assortment, pricing strategies, and inventory management.
  • ๐Ÿ–ฅ๏ธ Stay updated on Amazon/Walmart policies, algorithms, and best practices to maximize account performance.
  • ๐Ÿ”Ž Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and workflow efficiency.
  • ๐Ÿ“‹ Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for reporting and analysis.

Required Skills:

  • ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ’ป Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts (multi-marketplace preferred).
  • ๐Ÿ“ฆ Strong understanding of FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) operations.
  • ๐Ÿ”Ž Hands-on experience with listing optimization tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout).
  • ๐Ÿ“‘ Solid knowledge of Amazon Brand Registry, policies, and account health requirements.
  • ๐Ÿ“‹ Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • ๐Ÿค Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • ๐ŸŒ Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).
  • ๐Ÿš€ Proven track record in growth strategies for Amazon accounts.

Preferred Skills:

  • โœ… Familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central.
  • โœ… Experience with Walmart Marketplace.
  • โœ… Previous work experience at Amazon.
  • โœ… Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • โœ… Proficiency with third-party Amazon tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout).
