By submitting an application, you agree that Toplent Co.,Ltd. (“Toplent”, “we”, “us”) may collect, use, share, transfer, and retain your personal data for recruitment and talent-placement purposes, in accordance with the terms below and applicable laws.

1) What we collect
Information you provide or we obtain during hiring: contact details, CV/resume, work history, education, skills, assessment results, communications, references, and, where permitted or required by law, background-screening information.

2) How we use your data (purposes)

• Evaluate your candidacy, schedule interviews, and manage hiring workflows.

• Consider you for current and future roles with Toplent or our clients.

• Communicate about opportunities, application status, and feedback.

• Maintain recruitment records, improve our processes, and comply with legal obligations.

3) Sharing & international transfers
We may share your data with:

• Clients considering you for a role;

• Vetted service providers (e.g., HRIS/ATS, communications, cloud hosting) under contractual confidentiality and security obligations;
• Authorities where legally required. Your data may be transferred internationally. We apply appropriate safeguards (e.g., contractual protections, need-to-know access, security controls) to protect it in line with local laws.

4) Retention
We retain your data for as long as needed to manage your candidacy and to consider you for future roles. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 7).

5) Your rights (examples, subject to local law)

• Access & portability — request a copy of your data.

• Correction — rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.

• Deletion — request deletion; we will honor except where retention is required by law (e.g., compliance, dispute defense).
• Restriction/withdrawal of consent — where applicable. We will respond within applicable legal timeframes.

6) How to exercise your rights or delete your data
Email info@toplent.co from the address used in your application and state your request (e.g., access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent). We will verify your identity and respond per local law (e.g., within 45 days in California, subject to extensions where permitted).

7) Security
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, and loss, and require our processors to do the same.
