Quality Engineer

What you'll be doing

1. Participate in production workflow design
2. Develop and execute comprehensive quality assurance measures and quality control checkpoint
3. Determine applicable QC standards for all operations including both manual and automated process
4. Provide technical guidance and training to operation team on best practices in QC method
5. Create comprehensive QA-related documentation, including documentation on standard QC procedure
6. Automate testing processes to improve efficiency and consistency
7. Handle customer complaints, investigate the root causes and provide preventive measures

What we're looking for

1. Bachelors degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field
2. At least 3 years quality management experience in manufacturing company
3. Familiar with ISO9001 and ISO14001 process auditing
4. Strong proficiency in manual and automated testing techniques
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical skills
6. Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
7. Proactive and able to think outside the box
8. Good team player with good communication skill
9. Immediately available is highly preferred
