TOPPAN Information Solution (Hong Kong) Limited 現誠徵一名具責任心及技術實力的維修技術員，主要負責澳門地區的設備維護、故障排查及技術支援工作。此職位對公司的生產運作及客户服務質素至關重要，你將確保所有設備保持最佳運作狀態，並為客户提供迅速、專業的維修服務。我們期待與具實幹精神及強烈客户服務意識的專業人士合作。

你的工作

• 負責郵件自動化設備的日常安裝及支援
• 為企業客戶提供現場維修服務及技術支援
• 協助執行其他指派的任務
• 按需要執行其他相關工作任務

我們期待你擁有

• 機械工程或相關學科文憑
• 具有一年影印機/ RFID機 / 人面識別機相關安裝及維修經驗優先
• 能獨立工作
• 能立即上班優先
• 良好的問題解決能力，能獨立分析及排查技術故障
• 具責任心，工作細心謹慎，注重安全及質素
• 良好的溝通技巧，能與不同背景的人士協調
• 流暢的中文（廣東話及普通話）及英文溝通能力
• 願意在必要時進行現場外勤工作
